There can be great healing in recognizing all the lessons of the past that bring you to a bright star of self now. The mere recognition and consciousness of that is an amazing feat.

Are you confusing values with opinions? Seeking the genesis of certain opinions you do have is a good place to start in getting to your own truth. When we stand in our own truth, we give others permission to do the same. This squashes passive aggression.
