Padmes Card of the Week—Queen of Pentacles—Networking Synchronicity

Queen of PentaclesThe Queen of Pentacles tells us to be resourceful!

Connect with what works for the greater good and exude that in all your contacts this week!

This Queen is definitely a networker and likes to connect her colleagues with friends who could each benefit the other. The Queen of Pentacles with the Card of the Month, The King of Cups, encourages you to make investments with your time and money into those things that bring you excitement and lasting contentment!

You can trust your decisions in business this week, particularly because you pull from your own experiences and intuition based on your past situations. You can spot a red flag from a mile a way these days… and in turn, you know when it’s safe to let your guard down.

If you’re recovering from an illness or an emotional setback, take the time you need. Even if someone tries to tell you to react or regenerate otherwise. You know what you need more than anyone else. No need to give into guilting of any kind.

In relationships this week, look for dependability. When evaluating what is best for you, look to the foundation of the relationship before making changes or basing any determinations on future emotional investments.

The Queen of Pentacles also communicates in synchronicity. She will let you know you’re on the right track. And with the King of Cups this month, she’ll be expanding your awareness about moving forward with your true purpose.

Take opportunities that will bring happiness in the long run. If you’ve been putting off joy… Stop it.

It’s the week to reconfigure raising the frequency of your Spirit! Relax into it and breathe deeply.

Card of the Week—King of Cups Reversed + The Moon = More Drama!

Reversed King of Cups and The MoonGet ready for some unexpected events to occur that may knock you around a bit emotionally, in an irritated fashion…

King of Cups Reversed and The Moon

If you can take a step back out of that physical layer of awareness, take a deep breath, and notice how the Universe is responding to you, instead of you responding to the Universe… You will get out of this without too many scratches!

When things don’t go your way or not as expected, it’s time to go with the flow and see how creative you can be to come up with a Plan B. In the long run, Plan B may be the best plan, it’s just irksome to get that message by having to come up with it when you think you already have everything under control. Oh, HA! Jokes on you! Tell the Universe you have a plan, right? And She laughs at you :)

It’s always good to have the plan. It’s wise, though, to trust the Universe—and when things get crazy, know there’s a better game plan, even if you don’t see it yet.

This is also a time where forgiving may be necessary even if you aren’t the one being forgiven. A seeing the bigger picture on your part, the expansion of your own rhythms, can relieve you from drama taken to an obscene level with no chance of resolution anyway… Understanding of your Family of Friends, Family of Origin, and the patterns in your personal lineage can be quite an epiphany for you at this time.

Forgiveness doesn’t mean what happened was right or just. It means that you’ve had enough and you’re ready to move on. Ready to let it go so that it doesn’t weigh you and your personal healing down any longer. The more you know about your patterns and why you react to what it is that drives you to the end of the pier, the more you can let it go.

It’s when we aren’t aware that issues fester and fight to come to the surface. “Let me out!!!!” The relief of this doesn’t have to be so loud. It can be a silent exhale.

September Card of the Month—The Knight of Swords

The Knight of Swords asks us to value the importance of employing an inquiring mind this month!

Knight of SwordsEven though everything is moving at light speed, take the time to think things through before committing or reacting. Be assertive with your needs and what moves you forward in your own piece of mind. Then take action accordingly. It’s time to walk that talk. Confronting issues and taking the emotion out of situations is imperative this month.

For September: Be ready for unexpected situations at work and in your personal life. Your life can seem turbo charged like you’re in the middle of a vortex… The opposite of being in the eye of the storm!

Confronting situations doesn’t mean being aggressive about them. In fact, it would benefit you to make sure you check your paranoia and inner child at the gate before any heavy communication. Use that good head on your shoulders instead of blowing up before you know what’s up.

It’s also important to note that moving ahead in your success may appear to others as if you’ve left them in the dust. This is their perception. The best thing you can do is continue to focus on what your goal is, and to let go of any negativity from anyone else who would hold you back. You’ve gotta keep it movin. Stopping at this point would backfire.

This knight shows that September is the time to make yourself get off your tush if you haven’t exercised in a while. Looking at exercise and health with the Knight of Swords is all about taking account of what’s going on and making moves to make it better. Be courageous and get with it, whether it’s time to visit the doc or time for a run. You know what you need to do and you have the resources to do it. So do it.

Relationships and communications with lovers can get hot, heated, and/or heavy. Come at these conversations with a cool head this month. Reactions are in the air, so use that knowledge to your benefit. When disagreements arise, look at all the facts before judging or making a decision. Take note of and investigate the essence of the situation. Explore your beliefs and where they came from… Are you viewing the situation with old beliefs, or seeing what is really going on?

If you’ve been waiting for answers or results, this is the month. You’ll get your information and know how to implement your findings. Don’t hesitate to do just that. Move forward with what you know. Not what others deem truth.

Thinking clearly this month is important. The Knight of Swords cuts through fog and sees what’s really there. Always listen to your intuition, but know the facts this month. Get a clear perspective on situations before listening to your heart, then move forward.

Looking at and understanding the complexities of the big picture is key.

The Knight of Swords

Knights are about action. And what kind of action depends upon their suit. Knights are also court cards that can represent a person in the life of the seeker, if not the seeker himself. The Knight of Swords represents a young man or a man who acts young or, even though mentally strong, a bit naive because of lack of experience, and holds the energy of air signs (Gemini, Libra, Aquarius). He can also be an even younger man with mental know and abilities beyond his years.

Up:
Straight up the Knight of Swords doesn’t have “defeat” in his vocabulary. This card represents action rather than sitting around a round table (sewing circle) and talking the situation to death. It comes from a mental view (as swords are about cerebral energy). This Knight can indicate a surgical procedure when the surroundings cards are right, courage, bravery, and conflict whether inner or environmental. It also represents a man who demands respect through his energy. A young leader. This card, as a personality in the seekers life, can encourage or inspire the seeker to act on his or her own beliefs and have the courage to stand up for what they believe.

Reversed:
While right-side-up this man may demand respect with his energy, up-side-down he craves it and demands it verbally, though he may not be looked upon with the respect that is needed for his wishes. He doesn’t follow through with his word, changes his mind, can be or be seen as fickle. He can also give off the impression of being someone who stirs up trouble. He’s pushy and doesn’t look out for others best interests. And, unlike the Five of Swords, it’s obvious. The seeker usually knows who this card represents in their life when his characteristics are explained. He is a thorn in their side somehow that is depicted by surrounding cards. His judgment is off because he’s letting the emotions of drama get in the way of objective decision. A pushy know-it-all that would be best avoided.
